Jessica Meier was born in Virginia in 1988, the daughter of military parents. Long after her parents separated during her toddler years, Jessica eventually moved in with her father, where she navigated a challenging adolescence marked by rebellion and self-discovery. She later moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where she built a life around her passion for writing and logistics.
Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Legal Studies, using her education to explore complex emotional themes in her writing. Her personal experiences, including overcoming mental health struggles, addiction, and family estrangement, heavily influence her storytelling. She draws from her journey to reflect on themes of grief, resilience, and redemption.
In addition to her career as an author, Jessica is a businesswoman, running her own e-commerce store, pet care, and childcare business while actively freight brokering. She currently resides in Kentucky with her husband and son, who support her writing and family life.
Jessica's next project, a narrative trilogy, examines grief and the subtle ways life’s smallest moments can hold profound meaning. She writes to offer readers empathy and hope, drawing from her personal journey of healing and self-reflection.
